The Rosentreter Foundation and the following petioners formally request that all available records held by the Archiwum Diecezji Koszalińsko-Kołobrzeskiej be made publicly available.

Previous correspondence has indicated that the archive does not have this capability yet and a reply stated that it still does not provide this service. We have previously offered our existing document handling system to the archive in order to implement world wide access (either free of charge, or by a user subscription and paying royalties to the archive) and make this offer again.
Visiting the Archive is extremely diffcult or impossible, for most people, and requesting information from the archives (in which the target person/s may not even be known) makes research extremely difficult for anyone not living in Koszalin or close by.
