Ralph Schwarz
Non-Executive Chairman
Ralph has a background in Geoscience and Compliance Assurance, having held posts in Asia, Europe, Africa, North America and Australia in the private and public sectors.
Ralph has been the director of a number of private companies, and has held a variety of board positions, most recently as Treasurer of the Commonwealth Safety Management Forum.
Ralph currently lives in Tenterfield, NSW, Australia and is the senior manager tasked with implementing two of the largest Solar Energy installations in Australia.
Tatiana Iakovleva
Non-Executive Director
Tanya is our ambassador ‘on the ground’ in Eastern Europe (Poland, Russia, Ukraine & Latvia in particular) and her passion is travel. She regularly organises trips all over the world for friends, family and for herself of course.
Tanya collects fascinating stories and legends of cities and families and has recently undertaken an investigation about the Rosentreter family in Russia & Latvia where she has been instrumental in contacting and translating for our cousins there.
Tanya lives in Kovrov, Vladimir District, Russia and works as a Chief Accountant for a large bakery chain.
Roger Rosentreter
Managing Director & Company Secretary
Roger has been researching the family history since 1991 and is the driving force behind the Foundation and the Family Tree.
Roger has a background in music and investment & accounting, including time with Perpetual Trustees in their Charitable Trusts Division, as Company Secretary for the Australian Institute of Professional Photography (AIPP) and as a director of a number of private companies.
Formerly a professional violinist in Sydney, and investment advisor, Rog now lives in the Hunter Valley, NSW, Australia and works as a wedding, commercial & portrait photographer.
